Gautam bags Human Rights Journalism Award



ILAM: Journalist Ananda Gautam has been awarded with the Human Rights Journalism Award this year.

Guatam of Taplejung district was named the winner of the award this year.

The Human Rights Forum Nepal, Ilam is annually providing this award carrying a purse of Rs 10,000.

Felicitated Gautam serves as the assistant editor of Kantipur Daily.

Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ), Ilam district chair Kokila Dhakal, FNJ central committee member Satendra Jagebu, Kantipur’s journalist Parbat Portel, Kanchanjanga FM’s journalist Chandra Bhandari were already awarded with the award in previous years.
