Ncell opens Ncell Center in Bhairahawa



KATHMANDU: Ncell Axiata Limited has opened Ncell Center in Bhairahawa to serve its customers with simplified customer care and enhance the customer experience.

The new Center has started its operation taking the required safety measures following government mandated health and safety guidelines during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The Center located at Milanchowk-5, Koirala Complex of Bhairahawa, provides all customer services from a single touch-point. Customers visiting the Center can acquire all services, ranging from general inquiry on products and services, SIM subscription, internet setting to various enterprise services from the Center.

From the Center, customers can also upgrade their SIM cards to 4G, change SIM and mobile number, modify CUG numbers, biz plans, international roaming, make bill payments, recharge balance and transfer, among many other services.

On the occasion of opening of the new Center, customers visiting the Center for various purposes will also get different volume of data for free as a gift until November 15, 2020. Customers purchasing new SIM cards from this Center will get 1 GB data for free valid for 7 days between 5 am to 5 pm from the date of activation. Customers topping up balance of Rs 200 from the Center get 1 GB data for free which is also valid for 7 days between 5 am to 5 pm.

Similarly, customers who recharge balance of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 get 1 GB data for free valid for 30 days and 2 GB data valid for 30 days respectively. For SIM upgrading from 3G to 4G from the Center, customers will get 1 GB data that can be used within 7 days.

Ncell believes that in line with its endeavor to provide world-class quality service to valued customers, the opening of the new Center will add great value to customers in the region. The Center provides customer service from 9 am to 5:30 pm, 7 days a week.

Ncell operates 31 Ncell Centers across the country as a part of the company’s effort to reach out to the customers and better cater to the need of the customers locally for enhancing the customer experience.
