14 new COVID-19 cases confirmed in Chitwan

CHITWAN: Fourteen additional cases of coronavirus have been reported in Chitwan district on Thursday morning.

The new cases were confirmed during tests at the laboratory of Bharatpur Hospital on Wednesday night.

According to Dr Nitu Adhikari, the chief at the laboratory of the hospital, 13 among those infected are from Baratpur Metropolitan City and one is from Ratnagar municipality.

Seven among those infected are males and six females aged 21 to 70, informed Dr Adhikari.
