CCMC proposes postponing exams, student enrollment till Sept 17

KATHMANDU: COVID-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC) has proposed to start exams of the students and the enrollment for the new intake from September 17 onwards.

Citing that coronavirus transmission risk has not gone down yet, CCMC has recommended the council of Ministers to postpone the exams and student enrollment program scheduled to start from August 17 for one more month.

According to CCMC sources, CCMC has recommended the Council of Ministers to reschedule the exams and student enrollment for September 17.

Earlier the meeting of the Council of Ministers held on July 20 had decided to start the student enrollment from August 17 and schedule the exams from the same date.
