Home Ministry orders lawmaker Yadav to be quarantined

KATHMANDU: Ministry of Home Affairs has ordered authorities to quarantine Socialist Party’s lawmaker Pradeep Yadav.

The Ministry writing a letter to District Administration Office, Parsa ordered to keep Yadav in quarantine after he went to quarantine near the Nepal-India border.

He had gone to a quarantine center at Hajari Mall Higher Secondary School in Raxaul, India on Wednesday to meet Nepalis quarantined at the center.

A total of 25 people including 15 Nepalis have been kept in quarantine there.

He had met the people in quarantine violating the government’s decision not to visit people in quarantine.
