Two held for derogatory remarks against PM Oli, ministers



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested two persons on the charge of making derogatory remarks against Prime Minister KP Oli and other ministers.

Cyber Bureau of Nepal Police Headquarters arrested them from Budhanilkantha of the Capital on Thursday.

The arrested are Tara Nachhiring, 26, of Khotang and Ram Kumar Raghu Shrestha, 46, of Panauti.

They have been accused of making derogatory remarks on social media by using photos of PM Oli and other ministers.
