MORANG: Police have arrested three persons with brown sugar.
Kaman Singh Rai, 29, of Belbari Municipality-8 in the district was nabbed with 15 grams of brown sugar.
Rai was held by a police team deployed from Narcotics Control Bureau, Biratnagar while he was entering Nepal from the Indian bordering town of Jogbani at 6:30 pm on Sunday evening.
Likewise, a police team from Area Police Office, Anarmani arrested Suresh Khatiwada, 34, of Birtamode-7 and Bishnu Giri, 22, of Mechinagar-13.
They were arrested with 125 milligrams of brown sugar.
