SIMARA: Bara District In-charge of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit has been arrested.
A police team deployed from Area Police Office, Simara and Jitpur Police arrested Indra Bahadur Pariyar alias Nayan of Mawkanpur.
Pariyar is also a Narayani Bureau member of the outfit. He has been accused of involvement in setting ablaze mobile towers and donation drives among other activities.
