Leaders protest decision to quarantine Nepali evacuees in Bhaktapur

BHAKTAPUR: Leaders of different political parties have condemned the decision of the government to quarantine Nepali evacuees from China in Bhaktapur.

They have demanded the government roll back the decision arguing that they should not be quarantined at the densely populated area.

Chairman of Nepal Workers Peasants Party Narayan Man Bijukchhe opined that it was dangerous to quarantine the evacuees in Capital City as it could cause an outbreak of coronavirus in Nepal.

Two buildings of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) at Kharipati are being emptied.
