Three districts have more than 500 COVID-19 patients; Manang, Dolpa sans cases

KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Health and Population has said three districts in the country have more than 500 cases coronavirus cases each and two districts sans COVID-19 cases now.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Kaski have got more than 500 active cases of coronavirus at present.

The Ministry data reveals that the number of districts with more than 500 cases is increasing lately denoting the decline in the overall active cases in the country.

Now only Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Kaski have got more than 500 cases. Earlier Bhaktapur, Jhapa, Morang and Sunsari also had more than 500 active cases for a long time.

There are 4,781 active cases of coronavirus in Kathmandu, 940 in Lalitpur and 674 in Kaski at present.

In the meantime, Manang and Dolpa have no cases coronavirus now.
