DANG: The Ward Chairman of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City-13 has died while being rushed to Rapti Provincial Hospital at 10 am this morning.
According to Poshan Neupane, the deceased son, Ward Chairman Dambar Bahadur Neupane, 65, was being rushed to Rapti Provincial Hospital in suspicion of pneumonia.
Neupane was suffering from common cold and cough since last few days and had consulted the physician in the local hospital a few days before.
He was taking rest at his home when he complained of easiness this morning.
He was elected the Ward Chairman of the Sub-metro in the local election that place in 2017. He was elected from Nepali Congress.
