12 including two doctors test coronavirus positive in Dharan



DHARAN: Dharan witnessed 12 cases of the coronavirus, including two in the doctors of BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan on Wednesday.

According to sources at BPKIHS, there are two doctors, one staff nurse, a helper, and a plumber of the institute among cases.

The source added that among the coronavirus positive found medics, one doctor and a health worker are from the COVID Hospital established in the institute.

Similarly, the patients’ swab samples in the surgery ward collected during contract tracing came coronavirus positive in a 36-year-old male and 46 and 23-year-old females.

According to the health division of Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City, other fresh coronavirus cases are also from the same metropolitan city.
