Coronavirus spreads to 72 districts in Nepal



KATHMANDU: Coronavirus has spread to 72 out of 77 districts in Nepal as of Tuesday afternoon.

As per the information by the Ministry of Health and Population, a man from Ilam has been infected with coronavirus with which the pandemic has spread to 72 districts.

The infection has been confirmed in 13 out of 14 districts of Province 1, all eight districts of Province 2, 12 out of 13 districts in Bagmati Province, nine out of 11 districts in Gandaki Province, all 12 districts of Province five, nine out of 10 districts in Karnali Province and all nine districts of Sudurpaschim Province.

The infection has not been seen in Manang, Mustang, Okhaldhunga, Rasuwa and West Rukum.
