Coronavirus cases in Karnali Province reach 671



KATHMANDU: A total of 20 new coronavirus cases have been reported in Karnali Province in the past 24 hours.

Tests conducted at the Province Hospital and Avina Diseases Investigation Laboratory, Surkhet, Karnali Institute of Health Sciences, Jumla and Rapti Institute of Health Sciences, Dang, confirmed coronavirus in 20 more people, said Head of Health Division of the Province Laxminarayan Tiwari.

The newly-infected are 13 from Salyan, five from Surkhet and two from Jumla.

The number of coronavirus cases in Karnali Province has reached 671 and 11 people have returned home after treatment.
