DHANGADHI: Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city has withdrawn its previous decision of closing schools and colleges to be effective from March 8.

The meeting on Friday had decided to close the schools in view of realizing the possible outbreak of the novel coronavirus.

However, the concerned authority decided to withdraw the decision after receiving the letter sent from the Ministry of Education to complete the examinations of Grade1 to 9 by March 18, said Mayor Nripa Bahadur Wad.

With this, the sub metropolis has urged the concerned schools to complete the examinations in the stipulated date.
