Humla district secretary of Biplav outfit held



HUMLA: Police have arrested Humla district secretary of outlawed Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav.

District Secretary Kumba Budha was arrested from Tajakot rural municipality of Humla district on Wednesday night, said his family sources.
