Banke sees 20 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday



NEPALGUNJ: Banke has seen 20 more cases of the coronavirus on Saturday.

According to the information provided by the Nepalgunj-based Bheri Hospital out of 20 new cases found on Saturday, 16 are from Nepalgunj and four from Kohalpur.

The hospital sources said that among the new cases, 13 are males and 7 females.

With the increase in coronavirus cases, the densely populated areas of Nepalgunj ranging from Puspalalchowk – Ganeshmanchowk – Bankegaun – Naharpuruwa to Nepalgunj bus park have been sealed.

Prior to sealing the market area, Banke had issued prohibitory order in the district.
