Seasonal flu affects Nuwakot village



NUWAKOT: A village at the Upper Tigaun in Belkotgadhi municipality-11 of Nuwakot has been affected by an outbreak of seasonal flu.

Ward chair Ramhari Pandey said every house in the village has at least one seasonal flu patient.

The Belkot Health Post has mobilized a health team since Thursday to treat the affected people.

The team has treated 54 patients so far in the village that has around 50 households.

Infected people have complained of cough, high fever, and common cold.
