KATHMANDU: President Bidya devi Bhandari has appointed writer/analyst Tika Prasad Dhakal as her information and communication expert.
According to Bhesharaj Adhikari, personal secretary to the President, Dhakal has been appointed as an expert effective effect from August 17.
The services of the President’s Information and Communication Expert enjoys similar facilities as the Minister of State in the Government of Nepal.
