Setuagenarian succumbs to COVID-19 in Biratnagar



BIRATNAGAR: One more person has died from coronavirus in Biratngar on Monday morning.

A 76-year-old man of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-10 succumbed to COVID-19 in the course of treatment at Koshi Hospital at 3 am today , informed Dr Chuman Lal Das, the superintendent of the hospital.

The septuagenarian was admitted to the hospital on Saturday after his condition deteriorated while under home isolation.

High blood pressure-ridden patient had been diagnosed with COVID-19 on August 27.

With this, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in Biratnagar has rached 15.
