38 new COVID-19 cases confirmed in Gandaki Province



KATHMANDU: A total of 38 new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in four districts of Gandaki Province on Sunday morning.

The Gandaki Provincial Health Directorate said in a statement that 38 people have been infected with coronavirus in four districts.

According to Director Dr. Binod Bindu Sharma, 14 in Syangja, 10 in Baglung, 10 in Gorkha and 19 in Bardaghat Susta East of Nawalparasi have confirmed to be infected with COVID-19.

They are all men.

The Directorate has informed that preparations are being made to take them to the isolation of the district hospitals.

With the new cases, the total number of infected people in Gandaki Province has reached 113.
