JUMLA: A cadre of Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’-led group was arrested in Jumla.
Information Officer at the District Police Office Rajendra Chand informed that Shakta Singh Rokaya, 29, of Sinja rural municipality-1 was taken under police control.
Rokaya was arrested while the Chand-led outfit group was staging a torch rally in Sinja. According to the district police office, a case of offense has been filed against him.
