KATHMANDU: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Yogesh Kumar Bhattarai has directed the Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) no to provide a commission to an agent for a chartered flight to Australia.

Minister Bhattarai directed the national flag carrier not to provide the commission to Bon Travel that is said to have acted an agent in the chartered flight that took Australian citizens back to their country on April 1.

He directed NAC Acting Managing Director Ganesh Bahadur Chand and Director of Commercial Department Tankanidhi Dahal not to provide the commission for the time being and asked them to clarify why the travel agency was introduced as an agent for the chartered flight.
