Four bills sent for clause-wise discussion



KATHMANDU: Friday’s session of the House of Representatives (HoR) has sent four bills at the concerned committees for clause-wise discussion.

Minister for Finance Dr Yuba Raj Khatiwada presented a proposal seeking to send the ‘Public Debt Management Bill-2076’, the ‘Bank and Financial Institutions (First Amendment)-Bill, 2076’, the ‘Nepal Rastra Bank (Third Amendment) Bill, 2076’ to the concerned committee for discussion.

The session has endorsed the proposal unopposed.

Likewise, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Dr Shiva Maya Tumbahamphe, on behalf of Prime Minister, presented a proposal seeking to send the ‘Federation, State and Local Level (Inter-Relation Management) Bill-2076’ to the concerned committee for its clause-wise discussion.

Also today, the meeting unanimously endorsed the proposal presented by Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Lekhraj Bhatta, seeking consideration on the ‘Industrial Enterprises Development Foundation (First Amendment) Bill-2076’.
