GALKOT: An isolation ward has been established at Dhaulagiri zonal hospital considering the risks resulting from coronavirus (COVID-19).

A two-bed isolation ward has been set up at the hospital as part of its preparation to provide corona health service, according to acting medical superintendent Dr Shailendra BK Pokhrel.

He stated that the isolation ward has been set up to provide treatment and counseling services to the suspected patients.

“The isolation ward currently has two beds. We will add more beds based on the need”, Pokhrel said.
