Coronavirus claims woman in UK



KATHMANDU: A woman has died due to coronavirus in Britain. The woman, 70, was admitted to Royal Yorkshire hospital on Wednesday after she tested positive for coronavirus.

According to Professor Chris Whitty, Chief Medical Advisor of the United Kingdom said the woman had been infected with the virus while in Britain and died in the course of treatment.

With this death, the number of coronavirus infection cases has reached 16 in the UK. Over 30 cases were reported in 24 hours.
