Woman dies of suffocation in Surkhet

SURKHET: A woman has died due to suffocation at Koldanda of Birendranagar Municipality-2 in the district Sunday night.

A local Chandra Kami was found dead at her home. According to police, the Kami family had slept in the room burning coal to make the room warm.

Unfortunately, as all windows and the door were closed she suffocated to death.

Other family members are undergoing treatment at Kohalpur Medical College and Surkhet hospital as they complained of difficulty in respiration.
