YCN gets new central committee members



KATHMANDU: The Youth Congress Nepal (YCN), a nationwide movement of young democrats, has got its new central working committee members.

A forum of democratic youths, the YCN believes in the consolidating of democracy, assurance of good governance and have aspirations of prosperity.

The newly elected office bearers include Sachin Timalsina as Coordinator and Mahesh Dulal as General Secretary.

Timalsena is an educator, a social and political activist and a cricket commentator. He has completed his Masters in Conflict, Peace and Development Studies from Tribhuvan University and an executive course in Leadership, Organizing and Action from Harvard Kennedy School.

Dulal is an educator and socio-political activist who has an experience of working as the Project Assistant at Civic Engagement Forum for Constituency-4 of Kathmandu.

Likewise, members include Bidhyut Lamichhane, Manoj Puri, Sangun Kandel, Sujata Gurung, Prakash Pariyar, Bhuwan Giri, Dr Ritesh Thapa, Shanker Kuikel, Dilnawaj Seikh, Sairus Sharma, Asmita Sah, Yajaswi Rai and Binod Deuba Thakuri.
