One dies in Bajura quarantine

BAJURA: A person has died in quarantine set up at Khaptad Chededaha Rural municipality-7. The 65-year-old person staying in quarantine had returned from India two weeks back.

Ward Chairperson Khagendra Rawat informed that the elderly person died at the quarantine of Masta Basic School, Budhabada.

It is learnt that the person had been living in India for 25 years and suffering from asthma. For the test of coronavirus on the deceased one, swab is collected and being sent to a laboratory in Dhangadhi.

Chief District Officer Krishna Gaire informed that after the swab is sent to laboratory, the dead body would be handed to the respective family.
