KATHMANDU: The result of American Diversity Visa (DV) for the year 2021 is being published today.
Posting a message on Twitter on Friday evening, American Embassy in Kathmandu said the DV results will be unveiled at 9:45 pm on Saturday (June 6).
The results can be viewed at www.dvlottery.state.govt. The applicants can view their results based on their confirmation number they had received while applying for the program.
Those who have lost their confirmation number can click on Forgot Confirmation Number and fill out required details to view their results, according to the Embassy.
“Applicants have to make an inquiry to the Customer Service Center if any regarding DV lottery through E-mail or phone,” said the Embassy.
DV lottery winners will start receiving American visa from October 2020 and all those concerned will have to obtain it by September-end, 2021.
Around 10 to 20 million people across the globe fill out forms for the DV lottery program ever year.
