Six COVID-19 patients discharged without recovery readmitted



KATHMANDU: Six COVID-19 patients who were discharged without recovering completely have been readmitted to Provincial Seti Hospital.

The hospital had discharged  32-year-old man and 11-year-old girl of Mellekh rural municipality, Accham and four males aged 20, 20, 22 and 27 of Baitadi district on Friday.

According to Dr Nirajan Sharma, they were readmitted to the hospital after they could not get a vehicle to go to their respective districts.

“We have kept them in isolation. We have contacted with their respective municipalilties. We will keep them in isolation until their municipalities arrange a vehicle,” said Dr Nirajan.

They were dischaged in line with the new directive issued by the Ministry of Health and Population.
