China again sees rise in coronavirus cases

BEIJING: The mainland China where the coronavirus broke out has reported 30 new cases.

This is up from 19 a day earlier as the cases involving international travelers as well as local transmissions increased, international media reports have said.

According to the National Health Commission, 25 of the latest cases involved travelers who had entered from abroad.

Five locally transmitted infections were reported on Saturday in the southern coastal province of Guangdong.
