India PM Modi holds talks with Trump, Spanish PM, Brazilian Prez on Covid-19



NEW DELHI: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump has held discussion on the coronavirus crisis and resolved to deploy full strength of the Indo-US partnership to fight the pandemic.

PM Modi also held separate telephonic conversations with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez Perez-Castejon and Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro and deliberated upon the situation, Indian media reports have said.

Modi wrote o Twitter saying that they had a wide discussion and agreed to deploy full strength of the India-US partnership to fight the pandemic.

Indian PM Modi and US President Trump exchanged their views on the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the global economy and wellbeing.

They also discussed that officials of both the countries would remain in close contact on the issue.

PM Modi conveyed condolences for the loss of lives in the US.
