Proposed by main opposition Nepali Congress lawmaker Karna Bahadur Malla, the resolution has been seconded by Bharat Bahadur Khadka and Tek Bahadur Raiya, said Ram Singh Dhami, secretary of the Provincial Assembly secretariat.
