BIRGUNJ: Police have arrested a man with counterfeit Indian currency notes.

Rijaz Dewan was arrested with fake notes during a raid at Hotel Shah Paradise at Birgunj-8 on Saturday.

The law enforcement agency seized three counterfeit notes in the denomination of 2,000.

Police said they are further investigating the case.
