17 at Scheer Memorial Hospital test COVID-19 positive



BANEPA: Coronavirus has been confirmed in 17 people at Scheer Memorial Hospital in Banepa.

According to the District Health Office, a test conducted at the Provincial Lab Dhulikhel on Friday evening showed the infection in the staff, patients and relatives of the patients at the hospital.

The hospital has adopted vigilance after confirmation of the new cases.

As of Saturday, the coronavirus cases in Kavre have reached 316. Two people have died from the pandemic so far.
