DHANGADHI: A ward secretary in Kailali district has been arrested on a rape allegation.
According to District Police Office Kailali, Ward Secretary of Bhajani Municipality-4 Suman Kumar Chaudhary of has been arrested.
Acting on the complaint lodged by a woman,the District Police Office arrested Chaudhary for further investigation, said Police Inspector Hikmat Thapa.
