Nepse down 13.37 points in first one hour



KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) went down by 13.37 points to reach at 1,390.13 in the first one hour on Wednesday.

The bench mark index which started with 1,403 points plummeted by 1.23 percent during the period.

Shares worth Rs 223.5 million of 158 companies were sold until 12:30 pm which started at 11:45 am.

Ajod Insurance Company witnessed the highest increment with 9.94 percent per unit of share. The share value of the company per unit of share was Rs 387.

Similarly, Nepal Reinsurance Company made the highest transaction of Rs 36.9 million.

Meanwhile, Joshi Hydropower experienced fall in its share value by 4.92 percent.
