9 health workers including consultant doctor return home defeating COVID-19



SURKHET: A total of nine health workers including a consultant doctor of Karnali State Hospital Surkhet returned home after defeating COVID-19 today.

These health persons returned home after two weeks’ stay in isolation ward of COVID-19 Special Hospital. Director of the hospital, Dr Dambar Khadka, shared that these health workers returned home after their lab report resulted negative for the COVID-19.

With this, altogether 1,201 infected people returned home after getting complete recovery in the State. A total of 273 people are staying in isolation in the State. Dr Khadka added that six infected people died of COVID-19 till date in the Karnali State.
