25 injured in bus mishap in Kavre



KAVRE: A bus heading for Kathmandu from Guranse Ramechhap somersaulted at Chauri Deurali, Karve this morning having 25 onboards are injured, Susan Sapkota, an eyewitness of the incident says.

According to Sapkota, the bus Ba 4 Kha 7102 skidded off the road when it tried to give side to the vehicle coming from the opposite direction.

Kavre District police verified the news and told that the injured are being rushed to Dhulikhel Hospital.

According to DSP Bikram Thapa, the rescue operation is going on and the number of injured may go higher.

“The locals and the police are busy in rescue work,” DSP Thapa told.
