JANAKPUR: A Nayab Subba (a non-gazetted first class officer) at Customs Office Dhanusha Ahmad Raza Ansari has been arrested with Rs 150,000 bribe money.
A team deployed from the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) arrested Ansari who had demanded the kickback from service seekers promising them of facilitating the import of household goods from India.
A CIAA ream deployed from its office in Bardibas arrested him on Monday night from Janakpur Sub-metropolitan City -8, Pidari Chowk.
