DHANGADHI: Doti Police has arrested the rape and murder accused Rajendra Bohara who had fled from Doti Hospital.
According to SP Janak Pandey of Doti Police, the alleged murderer was found hiding in the forest of Purba Chauki-1, Phulot on Friday.
Bohara was arrested and remanded in custody in Bajhang on charges of murder after raping Samjhana Kami, 12.
Citing his age, he was placed in a juvenile detention center.
After he tested coronavirus positive, Bohara was taken to the isolation established in Doti District Hospital.
He broke the security fence in the isolation and escaped from the window of the hospital at around 10: 30 pm on Thursday night.
He was found by the police at around 9 am today.
Sudurpaschim Police has sacked three police personnel in duty in connection of his fleeing from the hospital.
