KATHMANDU: The Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has stated that there are chances of rainfall at few places of Province 1 and at one or two places of Province 2, Bagmati Province and Gandaki Province.
In a weather bulletin issued for Sunday, it stated that the weather will be generally cloudy in Province 1, Province 2, Bagmati Province and Gandaki Province and partly cloudy in the rest of the provinces.
Light to moderate rain is likely to occur at a few places of Province 1 and Gandaki Province and at one or two places of Province 2, Bagmati Province and Province 5 at night, it stated.
The northwestern part of the Bay of Bengal has a low-pressure area, it said in a meteorological analysis.
