TULSIPUR: Dang Police have arrested a man on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl who had gone to the forest to graze cows.
The arrested is Sachin Chaudhary, 22, of Dangisharan Rural Municipality-8, Chakhura.
Chaudhary had allegedly raped the girl in the forest of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolis-2 Kuirepani on Saturday afternoon.
According to the District Police Office, Dang, Chaudhary was arrested while he was hiding in his own village after raping the girl from Shantinagar Rural Municipality.
A necessary investigation has been started by bringing Chaudhary to Area Police Office, Tulsipur, police said.
