Two killed in separate accidents



KAILALI: Two people were killed in separate accidents that took place in Kailali district on Saturday.

Keshav Pokharel, 16, a resident of Bhajani municipality drowned while swimming in the local Kandra river. The body was recovered by police near the site where he had drowned.

Likewise, the driver of a JCB excavator used to construct a fish pond in the premises of the Panchodaya secondary school in Dhangadi sub-metropolis-14 has been found dead in sleep. A resident of Bhaluwang, Dang, Tilak Budhamagar,31, was found dead in sleep in the same school.

Driver Budhamagar and his assistant Hari Dutta Bhatta had gone to sleep after dinner on Friday.

Bhatta found Budhamagar dead in bed the next morning and informed police, according to spokesperson of the District Police Office Dakhya Kumar Basnet. An investigation has been undergoing to find the facts behind the incident.
