HETAUDA: Chief of State-3, Bishnu Prasad Prasai, on Friday authenticated Bill designed to establish and operate industries in the state-2076 BS.
The Bill was passed by State-3 Assembly.
Legal officer at the State Chief Secretariat, Rajesh Tamang, said that the bill was certified as per article 201 (2) of the Constitution.
