NC, Samajwadi Party mulling electoral alliance for NA polls



KATHMANDU: Leaders of the Nepali Congress (NC) and Samajwadi Party Nepal are holding discussions on forming an electoral alliance for the upcoming National Assembly (NA) elections.

NC Spokesperson Bishwo Prakash Sharma said the parties will be sitting for talks on Friday. The parties are preparing to form the alliance focusing on Province-2.

The ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) and Rastriya Janata Party-Nepal (RJP-N) have already formed a similar alliance for the NA election in Province-2.
