Five of same family injured in lightning



BANKE: Five members of the same family have been injured after lightning struck their home early Friday morning.

District Police Office Banke’s chief, Superintendent of Police Bir Bahadur Oli said Shyamkala Khatik, 55, Gurudin Khatik, 54, Ramrum Khatik, 18, Rajitram Khatik,45,  and Subik Khatik,4 of Mahapurawa of Nepalgunj-13 have been injured.

They are being treated at the Nepalgunj-based Bheri Hospital.
