453 COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in ICU and ventilator

KATHMANDU: A total of 453 COVID-19 patients in Nepal are undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and ventilator support.

A total of 388 patients are in ICU and 65 on ventilator support.

According to the Ministry of Health, 29 persons are undergoing treatment in ICU in Province 1, six in Province 2, 176 in Bagmati Province, 84 in Gandaki Province, 75 in Lumbini Province, nine in Karnali Province, and nine in Sudurpaschim Province.

A total of nine in Province 1, one in Province 2, 41 in Bagmati, nine in Gandaki Province, three in Lumbini, and two in Sudurpaschim Province are on ventilator support.
