KATHMANDU: A total of 13 COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 1,551 as of Thursday afternoon.

Meanwhile, as many as 1,343 people have been diagnosed coronavirus positive in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, Nepal’s COVID-19 tally has reached 237,589 with fresh cases as of Thursday afternoon.

A total of 2,111 individuals got discharged from the hospitals in the past 24 hours while the number of people winning the battle against the virus reached … in the country.

Nepal currently has 15,766 active cases.

Likewise, 576 people are in quarantine facilities across the country at present.
